1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Noa Player, you agree to these Terms of Service. Noa Player is a product of DevFlow FZE, registered in the United Arab Emirates. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

2. License

DevFlow FZE grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Noa Player application for personal use. Each activation code activates exactly one device. To use Noa Player on multiple devices, purchase one activation code per device. Codes cannot be transferred between devices once activated.

The identity in Noa Player is the device, not the user. Each device requires its own activation code. There is no cap on the number of devices you can activate.

3. Subscriptions & Pricing

  • Free Trial: 7-day full access, one per device, no credit card required
  • Annual: $4.99/year
  • 2 Years: $7.99 one-time payment
  • Lifetime: $9.99 one-time payment, lifetime access

All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely via Stripe and PayPal.

4. Activation Codes

After a successful purchase, you will receive an activation code in the format NOA-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Enter this code in the Noa Player app to activate your subscription. Keep your activation code safe — it is your proof of purchase.

5. Reseller Program

Authorized resellers may purchase activation credits at wholesale prices and generate codes for resale. Resellers are responsible for their own customer relationships, pricing, and support. DevFlow FZE is not liable for disputes between resellers and their end customers.

Credit costs: 1 credit for Annual, 2 credits for 2-Year, 3 credits for Lifetime plans.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Redistribute or resell activation codes without being an authorized reseller
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the application
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to bypass device limits or licensing restrictions
  • Share, publish, or distribute activation codes publicly

7. Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the service. Refund requests must be sent to support@devflow.ae with your payment details. Refunds are processed through the original payment method.

Trial accounts are free and do not qualify for refunds.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Noa Player at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your license to use the application is immediately revoked.

9. Limitation of Liability

DevFlow FZE provides Noa Player “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for content availability, streaming quality dependent on your internet connection, or any third-party services.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the UAE.
